Description:
The Processing responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Review Commitment/Preliminary reports
- Send, receive, and review seller information
- Manage payoff information, including ordering and receiving payoffs
- Handle HOA information, including ordering and receiving HOA status letters
- Verify tax information
- Order and receive water, sewer, and storm drainage status
- Manage electricity status
- Clear title and complete processing
- Finalize and transfer water, sewer, and storm drainage status
- Post-closing (accounting) tasks related to water, sewer, and storm drainage final bills
Work Environment:
- Working in a remote environment M-F 8-5pm MST.
- Must have reliable internet and a quiet place to work free from distractions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years' experience with Escrow Processing or Title background
- Experience in the mortgage/lending industry
- Experience with post-closing accounting ideal
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
