About:
The Housing Partnership is a New Jersey-based nonprofit organization and NeighborWorks® network member dedicated to expanding access to safe, affordable housing and strengthening communities statewide. The organization serves low- and moderate-income individuals and families through a comprehensive range of housing counseling, financial education, and community development services.

As a HUD-approved housing counseling agency, the Housing Partnership provides pre-purchase counseling, foreclosure prevention, rental counseling, and financial capability education. These services equip clients with the tools and knowledge needed to make informed housing decisions, build financial stability, and achieve long-term housing success.

The organization also provides municipal administrative agent services, supporting municipalities in the administration of affordable housing programs, including income qualification, compliance monitoring, and waitlist management. This work helps ensure that affordable housing units are effectively managed and accessible to eligible residents.
